myzac x UnPause Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition is run by MYZAC PRODUCTS PTY LTD, ABN 89 655 470 876, and UNPAUSE PTY LTD, ABN 52 674 847 557, of Level 1/424 New South Head Rd, Double Bay NSW 2028 (the “Promoters”). These terms are hosted by UnPause at unpause.com.au/tcs-myzac-competition.

Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families are not eligible.

Starts 8:00am AEDT on Friday 23 October 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday 11 November 2026.

To enter, you must:

• Follow @unpause on Instagram
• Comment KEEP YOUR COOL on the competition post and tag a friend who you think needs to keep their cool

One entry per person. Additional comments won’t increase your chances. Tagged friends do not need to enter or follow the accounts. Entries must be made through the original competition post. Entries from private accounts that cannot be verified may be deemed invalid.

Commenting may trigger an automatic DM offering a free UnPause guide. Accepting the guide is optional, is not a condition of entry, and has no effect on your chances of winning. If you choose to download it, you may be added to the UnPause mailing list in line with UnPause’s Privacy Policy (unpause.com.au/privacy). You can unsubscribe at any time.

There are 5 prize packs. Each pack includes one myzac Moisture Mist and one signed copy of Marypause, with a total value of AUD $80 per pack (AUD $400 in total). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoters may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners will be drawn by computerised random draw on Thursday 12 November 2026 from all valid entries. Entries will be checked to confirm the entrant follows both @myzac and @unpause. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be contacted by Instagram DM and tagged in a comment on the original competition post. Please make sure you can receive message requests from accounts you don’t follow. Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted and provide a valid Australian postal address. If a winner doesn’t respond within that time, the prize is forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn using the same method.

Prizes will be posted free of charge to Australian addresses within 28 days of winner confirmation. The Promoters are not responsible for prizes that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit due to incorrect details provided by the winner.

The Promoters may disqualify any entry they reasonably believe is fraudulent, automated or in breach of these terms. The Promoters may cancel or amend the competition if circumstances outside their control make it necessary, with notice on the competition post. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from entry or prize use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Entrant information is collected only to run the competition and contact winners, and is handled in line with the Promoters’ Privacy Policies. Winners’ Instagram handles and first names may be published to announce results.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
